Skipping breakfast leaves bacteria in the mouth that would otherwise have to be expelled from the food.
“If you do not eat breakfast, you have one of the worst habits that causes bad breath, because the oral cavity becomes dry and full of bacteria,” said Dr. Mervin Durian of the Center for Aesthetic Dentistry in London.
Even more bacteria could develop if you choose sugary cereals for breakfast.
Instead you should eat fruit and drink water. This will most effectively remove bacteria from your mouth.
