Eat multiple times a day if you want to be healthy and slim
Food is one of the most important factors for human health and for its appearance. Food plays a key role in maintaining immunity. The healthier we eat and the necessary vitamins we consume, the more immune and healthy we are.
However, the type of food that is ingested in the body is also important in the way it is ingested. This means that eating more often daily facilitates digestive system work, helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol and even burn pounds. This type of food intake is favorable for metabolism.
Research has been done on two groups of people. People in the first group ate only three times a day, while those in the other group ate several times a day. The results showed that those in the first group had higher blood pressure and were significantly thicker than the other group who ate multiple times a day.
