This drink, designed by Dr. Mike Russell, contains a lot of proteins for building muscle, as well as a mixture of nutrients to speed up your recovery after a hard workout.
For this drink you need:
1 glass of water;
1 cup kefir, low fat;
2 tablespoons walnuts;
1 cup strawberries;
1 teaspoon vanilla-flavored whey protein.
Following the above order, place all the ingredients one by one in a blender, close it, mix everything for 10 seconds and your meal is ready.
The probiotics in kefir will help you with digestion, the nuts will add antioxidants and omega 3, and the strawberries will give you the necessary amount of vitamin C.
Bananas will provide enough carbohydrates that are also needed for your recovery.
